0

Jumio has come out with the beta release of its first real-time, fully automated identity verification solution. Called Jumio Go, the AI-powered solution integrates NIST/iBeta-certified liveness detection via FaceTec ZoOm to fight online identity fraud while meeting AML and KYC compliance mandates.

The solution is designed to detect when photos, videos or even realistic 3D masks are used instead of actual selfies to create online accounts.

According to the company, Jumio Go employs AI, OCR and biometrics to deliver the company’s fastest identity verification solution ever. It is also said to exploit massive production data sets, which include over 200 million historic identity verifications, and machine learning to spot patterns and better detect when an ID has been manipulated or altered in any way.

Jumio Go supports more than 500 ID types across the globe, helping enterprises scale to serve international customer base. Additionally, it offers a range of customer implementations, including mobile SDK (iOS & Android), mobile web, desktop and cloud API service options.

The company has made available the beta across a range of geographies and plans to expand to other geographies in the near future.
