Armory Enterprise On AWS Quick Start Offers A Centralized View Into Deployments

0

Open source continuous delivery software company Armory has launched Armory Enterprise on AWS Quick Starts, automated reference deployments built by AWS solutions architects and AWS Partners. Quick Starts help deploy popular technologies on AWS based on AWS best practices for security and high availability.

Armory Enterprise on AWS Quick Start automates building, packaging, and testing software, which can then be deployed to multiple targets including Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) and AWS Lambda.

Providing a centralized view into deployments, Armory Enterprise on AWS Quick Start enforces consistent guardrails, deployment best practices, and a customizable policy engine to meet compliance requirements for Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI), Service Organization Control-2 (SOC-2), Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), and others. Armory integrates with the most common DevOps tools using open application programming interfaces (APIs).

Pipelines as Code (Dinghy) allows Armory pipelines to be stored in GitHub and managed as code — including version control, templating, and modularization.

The AWS Quick Start comes with Armory Operator that helps to configure, deploy, and update Armory Enterprise on Kubernetes clusters.
