Avantra, the AIOps and automation platform for SAP operations, has acquired FogLogic Intellectual Property (IP) to deliver the next generation AIOps innovations and advanced AI and ML capabilities within their SAP operations platform.

According to the company, the acquisition equips Avantra with AI and ML based capabilities which strengthen the software company’s ability to deliver seamless automation of mission-critical SAP operations to global enterprises. The software will enable Avantra to accelerate ML-based predictive analytics and proactive resolution of issues – fuelling system resiliency for enterprises and further improving wellbeing at work for IT operations teams.

The acquired Foglogic IP will power the next era of the Avantra AIOps platform, Avantra Enterprise Edition, that allows customers to finally realize the potential of SAP automation while unlocking innovation in their teams and delivering secure customer experiences.

Avantra will further develop the capabilities within the FogLogic software to strengthen its ability to deliver the next-generation level of IT operations experience for businesses that rely on SAP.
