As the adoption of cloud-native technologies continues to grow, there are going to be some unique challenges for NetOps teams. Ernest Lefner, Chief Product Officer at Gluware, believes that most of it will be from the cultural side where teams will try to figure out doing things differently than the way they have been doing it for years. One of the biggest challenges is going to be about things like “how do you normalize that automation inside of the processes they use today and then connect that to the higher level business processes that all of the companies used to operate IT,” says Lefner.
