The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has released a draft request for proposals from the small businesses IT community and other interested stakeholders about Polaris, a new Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

“Polaris will enable the federal government to obtain customized IT services-based solutions from highly qualified small business, HUBZone and women-owned small business (WOSB) firms,” says a notice posted on the beta SAM website.

The Polaris GWAC is a family of multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide customized IT services and IT services-based solutions.

The minimum guaranteed award amount for this IDIQ contract is $2,500 per Contract for the full term of the Master Contract.

Feedback on the draft solicitation should be submitted to [email protected] through January 29, 2021.

The Polaris team previously released a request for information (RFI) and also requested feedback on several topics through the Small Business GWAC Community of Interest.
