How Does The Open Mainframe Mentorship Program Work To Help Both Mentors And Mentees?

In this segment,  John Mertic, Director of Program Management for Open Mainframe Project at the Linux Foundation, discusses how they approach the program so that both sides, mentee and mentor, benefit. He explains the importance of building relationships and showing mutual appreciation. Even though a seasoned person may have all the technical abilities they may not be good at articulating them. They need to be mindful that the mentee will not necessarily know as much but be willing to work with them.
