Integrating service brokers with Kubernetes operators


Users can run Cloud Foundry on top of Kubernetes. At the Cloud Foundry Summit, anynines CEO and founder Julian Fischer talked about how to integrate service brokers with Kubernetes operators. For example, in order for Kubernetes operators to take care of data service lifecycle management,  users have to provide a service broker implementing the Service Broker API and then register that with their Cloud Foundry environment. He talked in detail about what the service broker API looks like, what it means to integrate a Kubernetes operator using a service broker, and the obstacles and challenges in doing so.
