Lightstep Incident Response is the second offering from Lightstep, following the first one focusing on observability. The SaaS product aims to be self-serviced allowing for SREs or developers struggling with incident management to come to the website and get access straight away. Developers can quickly ingest alerts from Lightstep observability but also other tools like Datadog. Lightstep Incident Response also comes with integrations with Slack and Zoom, and other collaboration tools to help manage the incidents.
