VMware Didn’t Violate The GNU/GPL License


In this clip, Dirk Hohndel, VP and Chief Open Source Officer at VMware talks about the dispute between VMware and a developer named Christoph Hellwig who sued the company for alleged GNU/GPL violation. He has already width-drew his lawsuit. But Hohndel maintains that he believes that VMware actually never violated the license in the first place.
